People who insist that they have to right to drive slowly in the left lane!

Please move your ass to the right if you want to drive slower then the flow of traffic.

This goes hand in hand with: iPeeve #67

I honestly think that we need to alter the process of who gets drivers licenses or not...test them on questions such as how to merge properly, what kind of drivers should be in the far left lane and how to properly drive in the rain/snow. I guarantee at least half the population would fail these basic questions and thus would not get their drivers license. It would seriously help the traffic problems in this country if we thinned the herd a bit.
